Who are the Temple Whites?
The Temple White family jumped out of a perfectly fine middle class rut, got rid of their stuff, grabbed their backpacks, and volunteered around the world for nine months on an uncharted journey. It was an idea seeded fifteen years before through a conversation on a plane and two simple words – What If?
With the words “You’re crazy!” echoing in their ears, John, Jody, Riley, 16, and Allison, 11, waved goodbye to life as they knew it and took the leap into global travel without prior experience. Their only agenda was to learn through experience – to learn about the world, themselves, and each other – and to volunteer where they could. The low-budget, high-adventure trip covered over 60,000 miles and took them to 24 countries and 85 cities.

Jody White and her Courage Vibe message are equally amazing! The way Jody tells her story of her amazing travels and the transformation she and her family underwent is absolutely moving. Audiences will be delighted by her and be changed for the better.
I heard the family speak about their year-long, around the world trip. The trip itself was inspirational, and their presentation drew you into how the seeds were planted, how they started and the adventure along the way. Throughout the presentation, not only did I find myself saying “my family could do that”, but It also spurred me on in the challenges in my business that need an extra dose of courage.
John and Jody White and their family make a very interesting, and inspiring, presentation. They traveled as a family with an open mind about how they could find ways to do good works in the countries they visited. The inspiring part is about how they met so many wonderful people, enriched their lives, and gave so much to the places they visited. Their story is entertaining, amusing, at times heart wrenching, and highly unusual. It is well delivered and comes from their own experience. The context of their story is to have the courage to take a leap into unknown and uncharted territory. Highly recommended.
I had so much fun listening to your amazing journey. It sounds like you had a blast!
It was a honor to have Jody Temple White speak to our organization. Jody is an articulate and engaging speaker who connected with our members on a personal level. Her passion for sharing her family’s story and how their lessons in courage can be applied by anyone was inspirational to all. Additionally, Jody was professional and easy to work with when scheduling and planning our event. I highly recommend her as a speaker for your event.
